This Privacy Policy specifies the types of information we collect, how we use and share this information, and your privacy rights, when you download and use the mobile application The Employee (“Mobile App” or “The Employee”).

What information do we collect?

We collect the information you provide when you login, access the Mobile App. The information may include, but not limited to the following:

• Full name;
• Phone number;
• Email address;
• Username;
• Password;
• Location;

Device access data.

In order to provide certain features of the Mobile App, we may collect, upon your permission, information regarding your location from your device. If you wish to change your permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.

Usage data.

We collect latitude and longitude when you perform Punch IN OR OUT using the Mobile App. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information), but it may include device and latitude and longitude. This information is primarily needed to perform attendance Punch IN or OUT.

When and with whom do we share your personal information?

We will not share your data to any party and this is only for your organization usage for reporting purpose.

How long do we keep your information?

We will only keep your information for as long as it is necessary in order to operate, provide, improve, customize and support the Mobile App, unless a more extended retention period is required by applicable law. When we have no ongoing legitimate need to process your information, we will either delete or anonymize such information.

Reporting Objectionable Content

If you encounter any objectionable content while using the Mobile App, please report it to us by sending an email to info@mobilenetsoft.com with "report" in the subject line. We require that users agree to the terms (EULA), which clearly state that there is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
